Please contact us by phone at 541.928.2164 with requests for refunds or cancellations. You may request a refund within 30 days of making a donation or payment for services. Refunds will not be issued for services already performed. Requests to cancel a monthly donation or payment for services must be received at least 5 business days before your monthly billing date.
All purchases for services are final once the service is rendered. Refunds for unused pre-paid services may be requested, but are subject to an administrative fee.
Unused products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Orders are prepared for shipment during regular office hours (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday), usually within 24-48 hours of the order. All items are shipped via USPS with tracking information for larger orders.
